Called the Venice of Brazil, because of its almost 50 bridges scattered in the city center, Recife had strong Portuguese and Dutch influence. It became the capital of the Dutch empire in the Americas! This rich history can be found in Recife Antigo neighborhood. By bus: You catch the bus (Cdu / Boa Viagem / CAX) at the square in front of the airport towards Boa Viagem. Get off a bus stop right after Mc Donald's at Conselheiro Aguiar Avenue, bus stop 6. Walk in the opposite direction of traffic and turn right to Domingos Ferreira Avenue. Get in the street between Shell gas station and the Ford car store. Turn right on the second street on your left, the Cosmopolitan is rigth there... at Rua Paulo Setubal, 53.

By taxi: Ask the driver to go to Conselheiro Aguiar Avenue. After Mc Donalds, take the next street to the left towards Bom Preço Supermarket. Turn right behind Bom Preço and turn 2 times to the left, then you will find CosmopolitanHostel at Rua Paulo Setúbal, 53.
From TIP (Bus Terminal):

By bus: Take the "Metro" train to Joana Bezerra station and when you arrive there, you should take a bus for free called Joana Bezerra / Boa Viagem. You should get off at Bom Preço supermarket at Domingos Ferreia Avenue, bus stop number 6. Walk in the opposite direction of the traffic and turn left on the first corner, between the Shell gas station and Ford car store. And then take the second street on your left. Cosmopolitan is right there at Rua Paulo Setúbal, 53.

By taxi: Ask to go to Domingos Ferreira, between the neighborhood of Boa Viagem and Pina. The Cosmopolitan hostel is two streets behind the supermarket Bom Preço (close to Pina), right at Rua Paulo Setúbal, 53.
